Here is the radio tower, where bands can send their recordings to have their music played on the radio possibly. There is also a recording studio in the basement of the tower if you have some extra cash for a professional recording.

A local pizza parlour.

A pretty nice Italian restaurant, which isn't too expensive either. Ideal for dates, or just hanging out if you have the extra cash.

Can't afford the Olive Garden? Not in the mood for pizza? The China Buffet offers quality, all-you-can-eat Chinese food at an affordable price.

A small, local club scene where many local bands perform. It's set up in a basement, with a very grungy appearance.

The local tattoo parlour, where you can come to get some new ink or piercings.

A small surf shop. You can find general beach supplies here, as well as a little bit of everything else.

The local "hippie" store, which features clothing of the indie style, and a lot of really neat, earthy jewelry.

A small, local coffee house. Sometimes, they have live music playing, so it's not a bad place to book a gig if you need recognition. If you don't go there for the music, the coffee's not so bad either.

Just a community park. Here, you can find basketball courts, tennis courts, and a community swimming pool, as well as a playground for kids.
